Cancellation Policy

Subscription/Cancellation Policy:

As a new user you are entitled to 30 days of FREE service to our site. When the 31st day occurs your account will automatically be charged the 30 Day subscription service fee.

You can cancel your 30 Day subscription at any time. If you cancel your 30 Day subscription you can use SAOT’s services until that 30 Day period expires after you’ve cancelled your active subscription in the “My Account” page. You will not be credited for a partial 30 Day time period use. You are responsible for keeping the information in your account accurate, up to date and truthful. If this is not kept to the prior your subscription can be terminated at any time without warning. SAOT reserves the right to cancel anyone’s subscription at any time for any reason. The user will receive a refund for any unused services. If you believe your User Id and Password have been compromised you must immediately log into your account and change your password. If you cannot log into your account send an email to: customerservice@stockandoptiontrades.com and SAOT will provide you with a new User Id and Password. Have your security question ready. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. You may not give your account information to anyone. If we feel this has been breached we will cancel your account. All discrepancies must be filed with SAOT via email within 60 days of the occurrence/incorrect billing.

You must be an active paying subscriber to receive any Market Maven Educational Publication, Trade Alerts and Trade Updates about any trade. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to any New Market Maven Educational Publication, New Trade Alerts and New Trade Updates as well as Trade Updates to past trades UNTIL your subsciption expires. Once your subscription expires you will NO longer have access to any new or old Trade Alerts or Updates or Market Maven Educational Publication material. All Member access to the SAOT is terminated once your subscription expires.
