Terms and Conditions of Service:
Stock and Option Trades may also be referred to as the following (“SAOT” or “WE” or “US”, “STAFF”, “OUR”). The subscriber will be referred to as (“YOU”, “YOUR”, “MEMBER”, “CUSTOMER”, “CLIENT”). You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of service for Stock and Option Trades. Your further agree to comply with all U.S. Laws relating to any transmission of any data obtained from SAOT in agreement with the terms and not to use any material for illegal purposes and not to interfere or disrupt our site or services. You are not to share, disseminate or copy any material obtained from SAOT or SAOT related material. This material is only for the registered user on the account. You must be 18 years or older to access our site.
Disclaimer of Liability:
SAOT’s trade alert service, trade update, market maven and any other information disseminated from SAOT (via email, phone, fax etc) is for informational purposes only and not for trading purposes. SAOT’s information is an opinion of the staff of SAOT and none of our information contained therein constitutes a recommendation by SAOT or any of its contributors/employees to buy or sell a particular security, how to manage any portfolio and does not give personalized, directed advice. SAOT cannot guarantee that YOU can place the same order and have the same fill price. The Market is constantly changing. SAOT is not compensated in any way for recommending stocks to trade. SAOT does try to do it’s best to make sure all information on it’s site and other material is correct and accurate to its knowledge at the time but we cannot be held liable for any amount or reason that it would not be correct.
SAOT will make every effort to get you the information in a timely manner. We cannot, however, guarantee anything by a certain date and time. Due to technical, internet, electrical, emails rejected, mother nature and any other unforeseen events, SAOT cannot be held responsible whatsoever for YOU receiving your emails/information on time. SAOT will email the trade alert, trade update and market maven weekly as best we can and YOU will also have the ability to log into the SAOT site for this service as well. SAOT will not be liable for any loss or damages related to either directly or indirectly for the above said including but not limited to special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the ability to use the materials in this Web site.
Stock and option trading can have high risks and rewards. Only YOU will know what your risk tolerance level. This service is for informational purposes only. You may find the following sites to be of help for researching Option and Stock trading, risks, rights and any other potential material but also not limited to the following sites: The Options/Clearing Corporation: www.theocc.com, The Chicago Board of Options Exchange: www.cboe.com, The National Association of Securities Dealers: www.nasd.com and The Securities and Exchange Commission: www.sec.gov. Options involve risk and not suitable for all investors. Prior to buying or selling an option, a person must receive a copy of Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options.
Intellectual Property:
SAOT owns all text and graphics on it’s website. You may print out any material you find on the site but it is for YOUR personal use only. You may not reproduce, edit, substantially copy or distribute any material from the SAOT website to your own server and/or links to our website without the written consent of SAOT. If written consent is desired please contact SAOT for further details. If a person or member sends or communicates SAOT an idea, thought, trade or anything of that nature it becomes property of SAOT. Nothing is expected to be returned to the person or member for the material. No compensation is to be expected. No royalties will be paid.
Submissions:
All submissions from outside contributors on SAOT’s website or SAOT material is the responsibility of the respective author(s), creator(s) and/or owner(s). SAOT is not responsible for their accuracy, nor responsible for their opinions and are not necessarily the same opinions of SAOT. SAOT does not guarantee or warranty outside information posted on its site or on any material. If an outside contribution is posted on our site or other material does not constitute an endorsement, agreement, sponsorship or affiliation with SAOT. Submissions may be protected by federal, state, international copyright and/or other laws. You may not be able to reproduce, modify, edit or distribute this material.
Subscription Service/Cancellation policy:
As a new user you are entitled to 30 days of FREE service to our site. When the 31st day occurs your account will automatically be charged the 30 Day subscription service fee.
You can cancel your 30 Day subscription at any time. If you cancel your 30 Day subscription you can use SAOT’s services until that 30 Day period expires after you’ve cancelled your active subscription in the “My Account” page. You will not be credited for a partial 30 Day time period use. You are responsible for keeping the information in your account accurate, up to date and truthful. If this is not kept to the prior your subscription can be terminated at any time without warning. SAOT reserves the right to cancel anyone’s subscription at any time for any reason. The user will receive a refund for any unused services. If you believe your User Id and Password have been compromised you must immediately log into your account and change your password. If you cannot log into your account send an email to: customerservice@stockandoptiontrades.com and SAOT will provide you with a new User Id and Password. Have your security question ready. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. You may not give your account information to anyone. If we feel this has been breached we will cancel your account. All discrepancies must be filed with SAOT via email within 60 days of the occurrence/incorrect billing.
You must be an active paying subscriber to receive any Market Maven Educational Publication, Trade Alerts and Trade Updates about any trade. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to any New Market Maven Educational Publication, New Trade Alerts and New Trade Updates as well as Trade Updates to past trades UNTIL your subsciption expires. Once your subscription expires you will NO longer have access to any new or old Trade Alerts or Updates or Market Maven Educational Publication material. All Member access to the SAOT is terminated once your subscription expires.
Pricing:
SAOT reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. If pricing is changed it will affect the next billing cycle. If you have a monthly membership the next month will be charged the new amount. If you have a yearly membership, the new pricing will go into effect when your yearly membership expires.
Performance Results:
SAOT results are based upon trades it has published. We cannot guarantee that YOU will have the same results as SAOT due to but not limited to timing, option pricing, stock pricing, commission rates and fill rates etc.
Privacy/Personal Information:
You will be asked to enter your email, home address and phone number upon setting up an account with SAOT. SAOT will not share your personal information with anyone. You, the user, must permit SAOT to share information with partners only after you personally select SAOT to do so by checking an opt-in box or by emailing SAOT directly. An outside security firm will hold your credit card information and SAOT will not have access to your financial information. This will provide a higher level of security. SAOT will never send you an email asking you for your personal information directly through an email. You would only receive a request to update personal information that should only be done via www.stockandoptiontrades.com website and only after you've signed into using your current user id and password. If you have any doubt about the legitimacy of an email from SAOT please forward the email with any concerns to customerservice@stockandoptiontrades.com. SAOT will never ask for a Birthdate, Social Security # or Savings/Checking/Brokerage account etc. information.
Jurisdiction:
By accessing this Web site, you agree with SAOT that any disputes or matters arising out of or related to your viewing or use of this Web site shall be governed under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without regard to the conflict of laws.
Code of Conduct:
You agree to be respectful member of our team and community, avoid causing harm/hacking into the site or SAOT’s members, sharing user id/passwords, defacing, defamation or any unlawful act against SAOT. If a complaint arises with SAOT we will do everything possible to rectify the situation immediately.
